VISTO el Expediente Nº S02:0046659/12 del registro de la PREFECTURA NAVAL ARGENTINA, organismo dependiente del MINISTERIO DE SEGURIDAD, y

CONSIDERANDO:

Que es procedente promover al grado inmediato superior, con fecha 31 de diciembre de 2012, a los señores Oficiales Jefes y Oficiales Subalternos de los Cuerpos General, Profesional y Complementario de la PREFECTURA NAVAL ARGENTINA que reúnen los requisitos reglamentarios para ello.

Que han tomado la intervención que les compete la ASESORIA JURIDICA de la PREFECTURA NAVAL ARGENTINA y la SUBSECRETARIA DE ASUNTOS JURIDICOS del MINISTERIO DE SEGURIDAD.

Que la presente medida se dicta de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 44 y 45, primera parte, de la LEY GENERAL DE LA PREFECTURA NAVAL ARGENTINA Nº 18.398 y sus modificatorias y el artículo 020.601 de la Reglamentación del Personal de la citada Ley, aprobada por el Decreto Nº 6242 del 24 de diciembre de 1971 y sus modificatorios.

Por ello,

DECRETA:

Artículo 1° — Promuévese con fecha 31 de diciembre de 2012, en la PREFECTURA NAVAL ARGENTINA, organismo dependiente del MINISTERIO DE SEGURIDAD, al Personal Superior que se detalla en el Anexo I que forma parte integrante del presente decreto.

Art. 2° — Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. — FERNANDEZ DE KIRCHNER. — María C. Rodríguez.
