EL SUPERINTENDENTE
DE SEGUROS DE LA NACION
(RESUELVE:

ARTICULO 1º — Levantar las medidas adoptadas respecto del productor asesor de seguros Sr. Javier Emiliano OLMEDO (matrícula Nº 66.330), por los artículos primero y segundo de la Resolución Nº 35.929 de fecha 12 de julio de 2011 obrante a fojas 12 a 14.

ARTICULO 2º — La Gerencia de Autorizaciones y Registros tomará nota de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior.

ARTICULO 3º — Regístrese, notifíquese en el domicilio constituido ante el Registro de Productores Asesores de Seguros, sito en Florencio Varela Nº 3868 (1744) MORENO - BUENOS AIRES, y publíquese en el Boletín Oficial. — Lic.
