EXPEDIENTE N°: EX-2021-00198399- -AFIP-DVADGE#SDGADF PROCESO DE COMPRA N°: A0KG000000-0012-LPU21 ASUNTO: SERVICIO DE PINTURA INTEGRAL EN EDIFICIOS VARIOS DE ESTA ADMINISTRACIÓN FEDERAL, CON PROVISIÓN DE MATERIALES, POR EL TÉRMINO DE DOCE (12) MESES. Se comunica que por Disposición N° DI-2022-5-E-AFIP-SDGADF se resolvió: ARTÍCULO 1º.- Apruébese el Proceso de Compra Nº A0KG000000-0012-LPU21, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo N° 21, inciso 1) del Régimen General para Contrataciones de Bienes, Servicios y Obras Públicas de la AFIP, aprobado por la Disposición Nº 297/03 (AFIP). ARTÍCULO 2°.- Declárense inadmisibles las ofertas presentadas por las firmas BERNARDO MIGUEL HERRERA y D.K. SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES S.R.L., por los motivos expuestos en el Considerando. ARTÍCULO 3º.- Declárese fracasado el Proceso de Compra Nº A0KG000000-0012-LPU21, por no contar con ofertas válidas para el Organismo.
