Circular Modificatoria N° 1 Modificase la Fecha de apertura de ofertas fijada para el día 21 de agosto de 2015 a las 12:00 hs. la cual se realizará el día 15 de septiembre de 2015 a las 12 hs. recibiéndose hasta TREINTA (30) minutos antes de la fecha los sobres conteniendo las ofertas.
