LICITACIÓN PÚBLICA N° 130/2014 (Obra Pública - Contratación por Ajuste Alzado) DISPOSICIÓN N° 53/15 (SDG ADF) Expediente N° 254.961/14
ASUNTO: RENOVACIÓN DE LA INSTALACIÓN ELÉCTRICA DE LA DIRECCIÓN REGIONAL Y AGENCIA SEDE SAN JUAN - DISPOSICIÓN N° 47/15 (SDG ADF).
Rectificase el ARTÍCULO 1.- de la Disposición N° 47/15 (SDG ADF), considerando que se omitió consignar la oferta presentada por la firma GRIM CONSTRUCTORA S.A. como oferta inadmisible. Aclárese que la Licitación Pública N° 130/14 (Obra Pública - Contratación por Ajuste Alzado), se declara fracasada por resultar no elegible la oferta de la firma CONSULTORA G & M S.R.L. y resultar inadmisibles las ofertas de las firmas TALA CONSTRUCIONES S.A., GRIM CONSTRUCTORA S.A. y OBRINGE S.R.L. de acuerdo a los motivos expuestos en los considerándos de la Disposición N° 47/15 (SDG ADF). SE ENCUENTRA A DISPOSICIÓN PARA CONSULTA DE LOS SEÑORES OFERENTES LA DISPOSICIÓN N° 53/15 (SDG ADF). LUGAR DE CONSULTAS: DEPARTAMENTO ADMINISTRACIÓN DE COMPRAS, HIPOLITO YRIGOYEN 370, PISO 5° OFICINA 5830 (1086) CIUDAD AUTÓNOMA DE BUENOS AIRES, EN EL HORARIO DE 10:00 A 16:00 HORAS.
